It does not apply to any information you submit to the Trainerspace Foundation via fax or mail including email, and our social media.. Any revisions will be signified by changing the last updated date at the top of this policy. We always encourage you to visit this page periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most current Privacy Policy.Your access to the website is hereby deemed acceptance of the Trainerspace Foundation’s practices described in this Privacy Policy. All information shared by you with the Trainerspace Foundation’s through the Website is subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and to the Trainerspace Foundation’s Conditions of Use, which are hereby incorporated herein. The Trainerspace Foundation does not intend to collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 18, and no part of the Trainerspace Foundation’s website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 18.

Any material, business information, ideas, concepts or other information sent to the Trainerspace Foundation by email will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

How You Can Delete or Correct Your Information

Our Commitment to Data Security

The Trainerspace Foundation uses industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your Information, and maintains industry standard security measures in its physical facility to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your Information collected by the Trainerspace Foundation. However, since Internet transmissions cannot be made absolutely secure, the Trainerspace Foundation shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of the Trainerspace Foundation including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of third parties.
